Sleepover at Church Langton

Saturday 20 - Sunday 21 May 2000

sleep_2000_1.jpg (123588 bytes)This was the first time that Beaver Scouts from the 36th Melton had taken part in a sleepover. It was held at the Hanbury Centre, Church Langton where the Beavers had the opportunity to take part in many activities.

During their stay the Beavers each completed a Sleepover Passport with their name, where they slept, what they ate and drank and what they did at the sleepover. All those who attended were awarded a certificate of attendance.

One of the popular events was archery. The male winner was Thomas E. with 48 points. The female winner was Lucy C. with 29 points.
