Beavers
Sleepover at Church Langton
Saturday 20 - Sunday 21 May 2000
This
was the first time that Beaver Scouts from the 36th Melton had taken
part in a sleepover. It was held at the Hanbury Centre, Church Langton
where the Beavers had the opportunity to take part in many activities.
During their stay the Beavers each
completed a Sleepover Passport with their name, where they slept, what
they ate and drank and what they did at the sleepover. All those who
attended were awarded a certificate of attendance.
One of the popular events was
archery. The male winner was Thomas E. with 48 points. The female winner
was Lucy C. with 29 points.
