Cubs
High Tech at
ILIAD
 During
September 1999, the Cubs used the excellent IT facilities at
the King Edward VII School's ILIAD (Independent Learning
Information And Design) Centre to work towards their Computer
Activity Badge. The sessions were organised by Akela, Catherine Atkin,
and Anna Duval who works at the ILIAD Centre and is a parent of one of
the Cubs. All the Cubs passed with flying colours and became the first
in the Melton Mowbray District to complete the Computer Activity Badge.
This achievement was reported in both the Melton Citizen and the
December 1999 edition of Scouting Magazine. Congratulations!
