
Leicestershire's 5th International Scout and Guide
Camp
4 - 11 August 2001, Stanford Hall,
Loughborough
Charnwood 2001 was an International Camp for Scouts
and Guides aged 10 - 15, or Ventures and Rangers and Young Leaders aged
15 - 17, and their Leaders. With activities including climbing,
abseiling, water sports, music/dance, trips, craft, campfire and competitions,
it was an opportunity not to be missed! Since the first Charnwood camp in
1980, the event has built up a reputation of being one of the leading
international jamboree's in the UK, attracting over 2500 Scouts and
Guides from around the world.
